New years upgrades

Happy New Year!

We are writing you to let you know about our upgrades this week and the changes to your hosting account. You need to know a few things about these upgrades, and here they are.

Your account will be moved to a new server as part of this process. You should not have to change any settings for email, ftp or other associated services. You should only notice faster performance.
If you have any problems whatsoever please submit a support ticket at www.smiz.biz
If you have any employees or associates that use email, ftp or other services associated with your hosting account you need to instruct them to submit a support ticket at www.smiz.biz if they have any problems whatsoever with that service.
Since your hosting account has a new home it's spam filter is learning what SPAM is for you. We STRONGLY reccommend you help re-train the spam filter. If you have any questions about training the spam filter please read this article. If you have any further questions or problems with the spam filter please submit a support ticket at www.smiz.biz.
If you have any employees or associates that use email associated with your hosting account you must notify them their spam filter needs training, have them read this article about training the spam filter and submit a ticket at www.smiz.biz if they have any questions/problems with the spam filter.
