cPanel is a hosting automation system that provides the hosting customer with more immediate control over their hosting account.

Through cPanel, hosting customers can:

• Manage email accounts
• Manage ftp accounts
• Manage Databases
• View web site statistics
• Configure sub-domains
  
• Install applications and tools

You can access your cPanel control panel by logging in to smiz.biz using your "Customer Area" credentials (usually your email address), click on "My Hosting Packages" to view the details of your hosting package, then click on "View Details" to view details for the hosting account access to the control panel.

Note: you must be the account administrator to login to the control panel. Only people who should have administrative access to your account should ever be given credentials to login to this area. Much damage can be done by careless or ill intentioned people. Guard your username and password to the customer area and cPanel.

Another Note: Your cPanel login is not the same as your webmail login. Though they do look the same.
