Smiz.biz is a Denver, Colorado based internet hosting company. We are, for the most part, 3 guys keeping it all going. We have to sleep and sometimes get on odd sleep schedules; not unlike any other programmers you might know :-) Which means that sometimes we’re answering tickets at 2AM on a Saturday morning. Feel free to drop us a line anytime and you may luck out and catch one of us awake. Otherwise our normal support hours are 8AM to 8PM M-F, Mountain Standard Time.

Getting Help from Smiz

  • Support Tickets: Hands down, best way to get in touch with us is through a support ticket. It sends text messages and emails to a bunch of people. You will get the fastest response with support tickets. Below are quick links to get support.

  • Phone: Please don’t hesitate to call us for anything. We can’t always answer, but we do get voice message and we will get back to you. If you leave a message it is still a good idea to submit a support ticket. Our Tech Support Phone: 720-897-6703, our General line is 720-897-6704
  • Live Chat: If you ever see “Click Here For Live Chat” in the top right corner of the website that means we are online and you can chat with us live for support. Otherwise it will be a picture of a ticket that says “Submit a Support Ticket” which will email our support department. See below for an example:

If you have a question about what we do, or what we can do for you don’t hesitate to call us. If it’s 2 AM Saturday morning submit a support ticket and if we’re up and sober we will respond. Otherwise we’ll get back to you after breakfast.
